And the winner of the Wisdom of We 2010 Twitter Contest is…

Last Friday, the Marketing team here at Democrasoft choose the winner of the Twitter Contest to win a night’s stay at the Hilton Sonoma Wine Country on the night of the Wisdom of We 2010 Seminar & Tweetup on September 10th.

The winner was chosen from a random letter generator that came up with two letters, and then we searched through the list of Tweeple who entered the contest to find the Twitter names that had the correct combination of letters (we searched until we found a combination had generated more than five and less than twenty Twitter names).  Those names were written on pieces of paper and we drew a name from a box (we have no hats here in the Marketing office) and ding, ding, ding, we had a winner!

We had over 100 entries for the contest, which we couldn’t have done without the help of our online community!  So, thank you to everyone who tweeted the phrase “#WOW10 w/ @shelisrael & @scobleizer is all about wine, food & community – Check it out! http://bit.ly/WOW10”
